The A.L.S. Family Charitable Foundation hosts several programs that enhance the lives of those with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Alzheimer's Services of Cape Cod & the Islands
Alzheimer's Services of Cape Cod & the Islands has been helping people in our community since 1984. The organization offers programs and services for the estimated 8,500 people with Alzheimer's disease on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, their families and caregivers who are dealing with this devastating illness. They are funded solely through local donations, fund-raising events and grants. Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra
The mission of the Cape Cod Symphony Orchestra is to enrich and further the economic, educational, and cultural interests of our region through music. Chips House
The Cape Head Injured Persons' Housing and Education Group, Inc., also known as CHIP, is a private non-profit, corporation founded by Cape Cod residents and
incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The organization was established in 1992 to provide support and assistance for head injured residents of Cape Cod. CHIP is committed to providing community-based housing for individuals who are disabled because of severe closed-head injury or other disability. http://www.chipshouse.org
Community Action Committee of Cape Cod and the Islands
Community Action Committee of Cape Cod and the Islands has been in existence since 1965 and has helped many thousands of low income and vulnerable residents with a variety of programs and services including assistance with housing, childcare, healthcare, senior advocacy and emergency shelter needs. Community Action starts with hope. It's about promoting self-sufficiency by helping people to reach their potential; providing them with the tools and the training to achieve their goals, their dreams, and their ambitions. Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands
A private, not-for-profit, community-based organization. Since their founding in 1972, they have been dedicated to promoting the welfare and enhancing the quality of life of elders, as well as helping them to maintain maximum independence and dignity. Harwich Ecumenical Council for the Homeless
Formed by the Clergy and lay people from seven Harwich Churches and created to provide housing for families living in motels and shelters and give them a
better beginning, The Homeless Prevention Program has assisted over 450 Cape

Housing Assistance Corporation
The Housing Assistance Corporation is a regional nonprofit that is the sole provider on Cape Cod of emergency shelter for families and individuals experiencing homelessness. IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare)
IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare) works to improve the welfare of wild and domestic animals throughout the world by reducing commercial exploitation of animals, protecting wildlife habitats and assisting animals in distress. Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition

MSPCA Cape Cod Animal Care & Adoption Center
The Animal Care and Adoption Center services communities from Plymouth to Provincetown and receives approximately 2,000 animals each year. The center is a private, nonprofit animal protection organization that receives no federal, state or local funding and is dependent upon the generosity of its supporters. MSPCC
The Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children is a private, nonprofit society with a legacy of strengthening families and preventing child abuse through essential child welfare and mental health treatment and effective public advocacy. REACH
REACH: Reaching Elders with Additional Community Help, bridges the gap between already existing community services to better assist elders and their families to access available help. REACH works with diverse disciplines like 911 Rescue Units to identify an elder in need of additional help and then make a referral to REACH to coordinate the indicated assessments and mobilize a community response.
