School Cancellations
Cape Cod Community College- closed Saturday
Transportation Cancellations
Cape Air/Nantucket Airlines - All flight operations ceased at noon.
Hy-Line Ferry - All trips cancelled for Friday September 3.
Roads - All Martha's Vineyard roads are now closed.
Steamship Authority-
All boats between the Cape and both islands are cancelled for the rest of today. For more information, please call 508-228-0262 or 508-771-4000.
The Chappy ferry to Chappaquiddick on MV suspended service at noon today.
Beach Closures
Barnstable Beaches - All beaches closed today.
Cape Cod National Seashore - All beaches, parking lots and facilities are closed.
Chatham Beaches - All eastern-facing ocean beaches closed to swimming.

Heritage Museums & Gardens, Sandwich - Friday's Family Movie Night has been cancelled and "The Princess & The Frog" will be shown on Friday, September 24 at 7:30pm instead.

Shelter Information
Shelters will be opening around the Cape today (Friday 09.03) at 9am.
Here is a list of the shelter locations:
Barnstable High School - West Main Street, Hyannis
Cape Cod Regional Technical High School - Route 124, Harwich
Dennis-Yarmouth High School - Station Avenue, South Yarmouth
Massachusetts Military Reservation
Mullen-Hall School, Falmouth
Nantucket High School
Nauset Regional High School - Cable Road, North Eastham
Oak Ridge School - Quaker Meetinghouse Road, East Sandwich
The shelters in Yarmouth, Sandwich and Harwich will allow pets. Any Falmouth resident requiring assistance may contact town officials at the emergency line: 508-495-2602.
If you live on Nantucket, you can drop your pets off at the Angell Animal Medical Center.
The Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority will be providing emergency transportation to the shelters for anyone who needs it. Call the CCRTA to schedule a ride at 1-800-352-7155 or 508-385-1430
